At the Insheim site in Rheinland – Pfalz, we are developing a modern fitness studio as part of a franchise concept in cooperation with the established system partner Get Fit. The project represents a future-oriented health and training infrastructure with a clear focus on quality, functionality, and sustainable site development.
The studio will cover an area of approximately 600 m² and is being developed on a plot of around 2,500 m². A contemporary training operation is planned, featuring optimal use of space, efficient visitor flow, and an adequate parking layout. The focus is on an attractive, economically viable operating concept with strong regional demand.
